Do you "pulse" with your other supplements too, or only copper? I am just curious if a rest period is good for all supplements. I have read on this site to use the CP for a while maybe 3 weeks, then to take a week off. Can you explain why this helps the body and skin? I would really appreciate that. Thanks a bunch. |

Location: Skin Biology Registered: 15 September 2004 Posts: 7065 | The entire idea about pulsing supplements needs more thought. Some people just don't use supplements for one week a month. The idea is the reset cellular responses.
