arlineQuestion about DMAE
I am new, and I will be asking a lot of questions. I will ask specific questions in the respective categories, so that it may help someone else. I have been exploring the forum, and I apologize if I have repeat questions, but there are some things that I have not found answers for.
My first is about DMAE.
From what I have read, on this forum, and outside as well, is that DMAE is beneficial, both internally and externally.
For the skin, I understand that it helps to lift ant tighten, but I want to know, if DMAE is only a temporary fix, only offering that while it is being used, or if by using it consistently, that the effects will be cumulative.
I want to understand what I am using, and know that what I am doing is offering long term solution. What I buy, is an investment, and especially when it comes to my skin, I want to make sure I am using things that work in the long haul.
I really appreciate all your efforts. What you are doing is amazing, and I look forward to youthing myself, both inside and out.

Skin BiologyDear arline:
Welcome! Thanks for posting your questions. We're happy to have you with us.
Your question on
DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) is very important.
Even before the inception of our own DMAE product (
Two Timing Tightener) clients had been raving about the results they saw when they used both DMAE and copper-peptides together.
Eventually, Dr. Pickart saw fit to add a DMAE based product to our product line. Note: Two Timing Tightener contains a mix of both DMAE and PephaTight.
But to answer your question, DMAE primarily has a mild temporary tightening effect that works quite beautifully for facial skin, especially around the eye area.
It may have other effects, but we've always highlighted DMAE as a great "finishing product" to add a boost to your skin for temporary help.
