Hello Fjellebasse,

I think you wil find Dr. Pickart's new video very informative. It is entitled Safer Suntanning you can also find it on YouTube at YouTube - Safer Suntanning.

Although a certain amount of sunlight may be necessary for good health, over exposure to ultraviolet rays may produce skin damage, wrinkling, and other unwanted effects. in this video Dr. Pickart talks about safer suntanning.

He recommends a thin coating of Protect & Restore Suntanning Lotion before suntanning an. For those prone to sunburn, also use a reflective sunblock with titanium dioxide. He also recommends the use of Protect & Restore Body Lotion after sun exposure to moisturize the skin.

Best Wishes
~The SkinBio Team
