Dr. Pickart a retired 55+ firefighter of 25 years asked me what could be done for the skin underneath his eyes. He says due to the frequent exposure to extreme heat and cold to the front of his face which he says is not always as protected as the body, he has two areas underneath each eye, on the bone area about 1" x 2" where he says he has 'no skin' and has no feeling. I see he does have skin but it is quite papery and smooth and whitish. Is there an SB product that he could use that could help him?
