fruit extracts and copper Login/Join

I have been using lactic acid pads before applying copper peptide products but the pads contain fruit extracts, such as apricot, orange and lemon. I was wondering if these fruit extracts would make the copper peptides ineffective because of the vitamin c that might be in them. Thanks.

Dear jimi6065:

Thanks for posting your question!

Your lactic acid pads should be just fine. We actually have many clients who use copper peptides along with topical vitamin C products and have reported nothing but great results. So it should be fine to use the two together.

The only caution is with high percentage vitamin C products (i.e. 20-25%). If you have a topical with a high concentration of vitamin C, it might be best to use your copper peptide products separately (at the opposite end of the day).

But the lactic acid pads with a small amount of fruit acids/vitamin C is fine to use.

Best Wishes,
