Can using CPs under the eyes help with dark under eye circles, and under eye "hollowness" from sun exposure and the aging process? And if so, which one? Probably something more gentle than SC I suppose. I'm 33 and have these issues and would like to improve the situation. Would like to look good naturally without so much concealer, y'know! Thanks in advance for any responses.
