Can someone please recommend a regimen using the products to get rid of raised white facial scars? And has anyone successfully removed their scars completely with these products? And if so how long did it take? Thanks in advance!

Dear pinkpoodle

Perhaps others will chime in with their experiences - But for diminishing the appearance of blemishes, our suggested method is: copper peptides + hydroxy acid exfoliators.

If a client has been using this method for a while and is looking to boost their results, we have some additional tips with stronger approaches you might want to try - Feel free to send a Private Message that includes your email address so we can send this direct to you and discuss what has been your current regimen and how we can improve things for you.

Keep in mind, specifically for hypopigmented blemishes, best results come with time with consistency.

Furthermore, it might be time to adjust (or "ramp up your regimen"), so we'd like to find out what exactly you're currently using and for how long you've been using the products.

In general, here is the best way to start affecting the appearance of any blemishes/marks:

AM Use:
AM - After cleansing the skin, apply a very light amount of Super CP Serum (which contains an effective concentration of copper-peptides that can be used very lightly once a day). This should just barely cover the area without leaving the skin excessively wet or damp. Those with more sensitive skin should dilute with water by taking 1 to 2 drops Super CP Serum and adding 3-4 drops water before lightly applying to the area.

PM Use:
PM - After cleansing the area, apply a light amount of Exfol Cream or LacSal Serum (gentle 2% and 10% hydroxy acid exfoliators). Wait about 20-30 minutes before you apply anything on top.

For spot treating specific areas: Use Super Cop 2X - Extra Strength as a spot treatment once or twice a day. Use very lightly. Test on a small area first. Not for use around the eyes.

Feel free to contact us at 1-800-405-1912 for more information.

Best Wishes,
-Skin Biology

A very successful technique to deal with white scars is dry needling. Dry tattooing into the white scar breaks up the scar tissue to allow the natural melanin to work upward and blend in. I prefer that technique before considering pigment camouflage, which should be a last ditch effort.

Pink or red scars are not workable. They must be white. Do a google on dry needling and read all you can on it.
