Dear Kathleen: Dr. Pickart meant to say that he's not quite sure the Zinc PCA would really be that much help with blemishes. We wish you the absolute best though - Please let us know how everything goes for you. What you could do if this still is a concern, is use the two different products on alternate days or at opposite ends of the day.
