I am wondering if any of the other products I use contain any ascorbic acid in them. Can you please tell me if any of the following ingredients contain vitamin c (ascorbic acid): peppermint oil rosemary leaf oil rosemary extract comfrey root extract sunflower oil castor oil candlilla wax carnauba wax ? Would the above ingredients be all right to use with CP serum? Or do they contain ascorbic acid? Thank you! |

In theory, there may be a problem with vitamin C and SRCPs. But many women have told me that they use both together and have beautiful skin. Also, no one has ever reported a problem with using both together. Scientific theories are not always right. So all of your oils and waxes should be OK. |

Thank you for replying Dr. Pickart. But I was wondering how much ascorbic acid is in the ingredients I have listed in the post above. Is there a lot of ascorbic acid in them? |

If there is any, it would be in such negligible amounts as to not cause any problems with your CP usage. Hope that helps, Princess. ~Brett~ "The caterpillar sheds his skin, to free the butterfly within...." |
