I am never sure where to post questions like the one below, so I am posting it here as well, just in case. Sorry for the double-post!
R.

Hi Skin Bio Team!!

I've been using CPs (Exfol serum & CP Serum) for approximately 2 weeks now. Going slowly (still diluting CP serum) and doing fine.

I have a question about layering other actives before and after CPs. I participate in a couple of other forums and one of them promotes layering of actives (in an appropriate order), and the other says "NO" to layering. Which one is right???

To be more specific, here is my routine:

My AM routine is:

Cleanse
Exfol serum
30 minute wait
Vit. C serum (10%, pH 2.5)
10 minute wait
Sunscreen

PM Routine:

Cleanse
Tretinoin 0.05% (Retin-A)
10 minutes wait
DMAE serum
10 minutes wait
CP Serum
10 minute wait
Emu oil

Do you see any alarms here?? If yes, what would you suggest i change??

Thanks a million!!!!

I see Skin Bio team answering some posts/questions, but not all. I was wondering if they could answer my question (pls. see above).

I would really appreciate some feedback.

Could you be so kind to tell me where I can find Dr. Pickart's answer to your question? I'm very interested in it.
Many Thanks, Anna Maria

Just see if it works for you.

In theory, vitamin C and SRCPs should not be used together because they can chemically react and the copper 2 can damage the vitamin C.

But no one ever has reported a problem and many women say they use both and have beautiful skin.

Some dermatologists say that this does not happen with esters, but it does. These derms never do chemical studies.

But I do recommend using the SRCPs and vitamin C about 12 hours apart.
