Many thanks, Anna maria |

The key ingredient is gamma linolenic acid (GLA) which is needed for critical reactions within the body. Numerous studies have found both oils to improve skin health. As we age, the ability to produce GLA within the body declines sharply. Also, helpful for skin is flaxseed oil. Some are of the opinion that flaxseed oil is better than oils with GLA but there are more published studies on the GLA fats improving skin health. As for supplements, you might take: 1 gram borage oil 1 gram flaxseed oil 3 grams salmon oil But the is no exact number - see what works for yourself. This message has been edited.
