Good morning....I realize that customer service must be very busy at Skin Biology so I was just wondering when I can expect to receive a return phone call or return email. I spoke with someone almost three weeks ago that said she would have customer service call me back and then took my contact information. Then I've emailed twice more. And now this will be my forth attempt. Could someone please take 2 minutes with me? Or when can I expect to hear from SB?
