How to Care for your Arms

Ready to go sleeveless? Many shy away due to loss of elasticity in the upper arm area or due to sun damage or pigmentation problems from previous years of sun worshipping. Don't let that hold you back this summer. The key to youthful looking skin with a blemish-free appearance is the use of a good method of exfoliation (with hydroxy acid and/or manual abrasion) + SRCPs (Skin Rejuvenating Copper-Peptides) to help initiate strong skin rejuvenation. Keep in mind that consistency and patience are vital. It does take time as you are rebuilding new healthy skin and exfoliating old damaged skin from the surface.

This same technique will also work well to reduce the appearance of scars, blemishes, expression lines, deep wrinkles, and sun damage. The concept is basically the same; 1) rejuvenate with copper-peptides and 2) exfoliate and remove damaged skin with a combination of hydroxy acids and manual exfoliation.

AM Use:
AM - After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of Protect & Restore Body Lotion or your Super CP Serum (later, you can move up to TriReduction Cream) (which contains a strong concentration of SRCPs that can be used very lightly once a day). Not much is required just a thin even coat massaged in for 5-10 seconds. If you use the Super CP Serum, you may add some kind of moisturizer on top to aid in the penetration of the product. Our CELES Therapeutic Oil or one of our Calypso's Oils (It comes unscented or with Social Pheromones) work very well.



PM Use:
PM  - After cleansing the area, lightly apply LacSal Cream or Exfol Cream (a hydroxy acid products that help exfoliate dead skin cells). Wait about 20-30 minutes before you apply anything on top. You probably can just start by doing this step every other day.

Investing in a microdermabrasion cloth or gloves to effectively increase the skin cell turnover rate has helped many of our clients to see even better results from the SRCPs work on the skin. Remember to use all methods of exfoliation in a gentle way so as not to cause excessive irritation.
