I have a 2% BHA Liquid here from Paula's Choice at home that I purchased a couple of years ago I tried but don't like at all , it seems slimy or greasy . It has water ,Methylpropanediol Butylene Glycol , Salicylic Acid , Polysorbate 20 , Green Tea Leaf Extract , Sodium Hydroxide , Tetrasodium EDTA . Could Skin Biology tell me which of the ingredients cause the slippy slime ? I have Skin Biology Exfol Serum 2% Salicylic Acid serum and it does not have this ick feeling it feels very nice on my face for summer I just received it and was comparing the 2 products .

It is probably the Methylpropanediol Butylene Glycol. Why are you even using this product?

I had bought it a couple of years ago for blackheads on my nose and chin because it is a 2% salicylic acid serum but it was slimy so I put it away and I have been back with Skin Biology since I think March of this year and just bought your exfol serum and it feels very nice on my nose and chin i like it very much and it is working well .
