Hi, after about 4 weeks now the skin on my upper lip still seems irritated and I appear to have some bumps after shaving - I know you recommended using emu oil but will an oil cause further bumps? And do I not exfoliate the bumps at all? Do I just use the emu oil alone at night?

The oil should not cause any bump. This may be skin irritation from the shaving.
