No problem. We'd suggest of course instead of benzoyl peroxide, that you use salicylic acid. Actually, the two work so well together that we have a combo of CP Serum + Exfol Serum (2% Salicylic Acid) - There is no problem using salicylic acid + copper peptides. Best Wishes, -Skin Biology |

Location: Skin Biology Registered: 15 September 2004 Posts: 7065 | Acne preparations made of benzoyl peroxide may contain various other chemical ingredients. Glycolic acid is a photo sensitizer and may be toxic to gastrointestinal system, nervous system and kidneys. Triethanolamine can form carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds on the skin or in the body after absorption. Interesting Dr. Pickart. I always wondered why you never introduced a glycolic acid product as many tout it's excellent for anti aging. Is tretinoin safe to use? |
