Has anyone used these? Are they effective? Since they stay on top of the skin do they interfere with the srcp's?

They are good idea. If they are pure, they will not get into the skin.

Zinc oxide might interfere with SRCPs but the others are OK.

They're a great idea, but after trying a sample, I realized that they're obscenely cost ineffective. They're also pretty chalky, which is okay, but you could just use a chalkey sunscreen lotion and not break the bank. I had hoped it would be a great solution, but sadly, it was no better than sunscreen lotion, but also a pain to apply and far from affordable.

Thanks Dr. P and Jenny. Jenny thanks for posting about the alba botaanica chemical free sunscreen. I do like it.
