Dear Skinbiology,

I just received my products but the skin signals which was free with any purchase did not come along with my package!

I ordered: emu oil, CP serum + Exfol combo and got my bonus of sebum be gone. However the skin signals was not received.

Is my order not entitled to receive the skin signals?

Moreover, I wish to feedback that the emu oil packaging is terrible. When I received the bottle, the oil was leaking and it was only 70% full.
Maybe because the package came from USA to me in Singapore, thus with the air pressure and stuff... the bottle leaked.

However, I still think that the packaging should be improved and hopefully I can get a discount off my next order for this.

I have started using the products and hope to see improvements with my skin.
