Just discovered this site!

I was diagnosed with Telogen Effluvium over a year ago but my hair loss is still occuring.

My HMO doc said my iron levels at 17 were not low enough for hair loss, but from what I read it can be.

Anyways, I read that silica/horsetail extract can be good for hair loss. Can anyone recommend a specific dosage of this and what brand they use?

We're not quite sure about the use/dosage of horsetail extract...But supplements of MSM (2-4 grams daily) has worked well for many clients.
