I have a couple of questions: 1) Which strategy would you recommend, the 2 days weekly break or the 1 week monthly break? 2) In the days of supplements break, should skin treatments (CPs and Hydroxy Acids) be suspended as well (supposing there is no irritation going on)? But we do know that taking periodic breaks from the products has worked for some to "jump start" the skin rejuvenation process as it were, improving their results. Typically these are short breaks allowing the skin to "catch up with itself" by using only a mild exfoliator or biological oil as a moisturizer to rest the skin.
