Blackstrap Molasses
I have read that this is good for skin, hair and nails, and contains iron, copper and other minerals. If I wanted to take this instead of copper supplements, would it be good for me?

Some people take it straight or mix into hot tea, coffee, milk, or on ice cream, in yogurt.

It may be OK but I could not find any good information about the levels of metals.

It is considered by many to be a health food.

If you scroll down toward the bottom on both of these links, they have a chart that shows how BSM ranks in the world's healthiest foods for copper. BSM is #4. They show it having 0.28 mg copper in 2 teaspoons. Let me know what you think of this. Thanks.
