| <derek> | Any comments on NtBHA for skin health? And methylene blue? NtBHA appears to have some powerful anti-glycation effects. I have started taking it, although it's a bit expensive (I dropped ALA from my regimen to include it...) It's a bit early to tell, but I do appear to have some extra energy after starting the NtBHA. MB is a dirt-cheap "spintrap". I think it's caused some excitement with regards to Alzheimer's prevention/plaque reduction. There were some interesting discussions here. |
