Please let me know if there is anything among these ingredients that is not recommended.
It is the best skin cream moisturizer I've found and don't want to live without, and so I'm hoping its "all good".

That should be OK.

Many years ago, women would take oatmeal baths for better skin beauty and also to treat redness and other skin problems (itchy skin such as during a bout of chicken pox or poison ivy rash), or when the skin is inflamed (for example, as a result of allergies, insect bites, or sunburn).
