I've been using the SS cream for a few months and recently opened a new bottle. The consistency was normal at first for a few days.. but now suddenly it has turned very watery... The same thing happened to the Exfol cream... are they still usable? Do I need to reorder new ones? These are brand new ... i just opened them

I think it is fine. I just always give the bottles a shake before I open them.

All of our creams are just holding together. We don't use detergents or detergent-like molecules because they break down the protective skin barrier.
