I want to have really healthy skin. What should I use to exfoliate my skin, and what is a good make up routine. Everyday I put on foundation, bronzer, mascara/curl my eye lashes, and lip gloss, what type of make up should I use, and what are some tips to when I apply it, make it look natural? Dear kitson: Here are our best tips for keeping the skin young and healthy! AM Use: AM - After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of Skin Signals Solution (a strong copper peptide formula combined with peptides from enzymatically hydrolyzed elastin and collagen). This should just barely cover the area without leaving the skin excessively wet or damp. Be careful with using around the eye area, or if you have sensitive skin. OR you could use CP Serum instead or on alternate days. PM Use: PM - After cleansing the area, apply a light amount of LacSal Serum (a 10% hydroxy acid chemical exfoliant to keep refreshing the skin). Wait about 20-30 minutes before you apply anything on top. Around the eyes: Use CP Night Eyes lightly by applying a thin layer underneath the eyes and on the outside areas of the eye. Use under the brow bone to help lift the upper lid area and reduce wrinkles around the eyes . Investing in a microdermabrasion cloth or skin scrub to effectively increase the skin cell turnover rate has helped many of our clients to see even better results from the SRCPs work on the skin. Remember to use all methods of exfoliation in a gentle way so as not to cause excessive irritation. .......................................................................................................................... One of the most important things to remember is you have to start with what you feed the inside. Too many people eat horrible and think skincare is the "fixer" they work together. Too much sugar and you have glycation. You will always have glycation going on but you can control it somewhat. It's not just sugar as in cookies, ect. it's your bad carbs to and too many. | ||||

Healthy food habits are also very important to maintain a good quality skin so its important to have healthy eating habits. | ||||
