Location: Gioia del Colle (bari)-Italy Registered: 12 March 2006 Posts: 112 | Just one doubt, dear Dr. Pickart: omega 3 and 6 are the same as Vitamin E supplement, or are they different, or complete each other? If they complete each other, how many I.U of vitamin E is it better to assume with them? (I already take 1gr of vitamin C e 1 Gr of Msm. I would like to supplement also with VM 75 by Solgar, a multivitamin suppl. I have no particolar problems, I only want to complete my skin rebuilding program and contrast old age, 'cause I'm 42). Many thanks, AM |

The fats are usually out of balance in the USA diet. Italian food is probably healthier and tastes much better than American food. But salmon oil is very beneficial and has the omega 3s. Primrose oil and borage oil have another beneficial fat called gamma linolenic acid or GLA. Flaxseed oil is an indirect way of way of getting GLA and is a good supplement. |
