I ordered a week ago today.

How long does it take until orders are delivered?

The notice on the home page says to allow 15 working days.

For orders within the Continental US please allow 15 business days for your order to arrive to you. We are taking measures to speed things up, but we've been receiving record orders for the last couple of months and we are doing our very best.

For International Orders - We ship out Global Express Mail and usually it takes perhaps 5-7 business days for the order to arrive in the country...But it may take longer for you to actually receive it (due to customs, etc.)

Hi skin biology team,
I'm in Australia & it currently takes about 6 weeks to receive my order. Do you suggest that I order through Skin Biology-Europe next time???

Check first that they have the products you're looking for and a reasonable shipping price - And yes, you may get it faster that way.

Skin Biology Europe and Skin Biology Canada stock up on an array of products through placing larger orders, whereas we may have to literally make the product and this causes delays when we have huge increases in orders.

Skin Bio in Canada is very fast. I placed 2 orders and I received both in 2 days. They are located in Vancouver BC, and I'm in Montreal, Quebec.
