MoncherieA break of CP's for the body skin also?
Hello,
I know that it is good to take a break of maybe a week from the CP's and exfol when working on the facial skin, and just use oil. What about the body skin? Does the skin on the body need to take a break too, and just use oil for about a week?

Dr. PickartThis works for some people. Overuse of a product can sometimes produce an insensitivity to the product.
