Serious Payment / ordering problem! Login/Join

Hello Skinbio team,

I already sent an email to customer service yesteray but haven´t
gotten a response so I thought I´ll mention my problem here too (just in case
my mail got lost or something)

I want to put in my new order but I can´t order because the system won´t let me!

I tried again just now but keep getting the same message:
Gateway Response: This transaction has been declined.
Payment declined. Please verify your information or change your payment method by selecting a new payment method below.

Now, there´s nothing wrong and I checked everything 3 or 4 times. I´ve never had this
kind of problem before.

So, if I can´t order the regular way, is there another possibility, via email for instance?
I really do want to order as quickly as possible!

I still really want to order guys.

Is it possible to order via email or fax -seeing as it´s possible by phone?

(I didn´t recieve a reply to my email either Frowner )

We are sorry to hear that you've been experiencing problems placing your order online. I would be happy to help you with this. Here are some steps you can take:

1. Be sure that your billing address is correct and matches with the address on your credit card statement.
2. Be sure that the CVV2 code (the number that appears on the back of the card) is entered correctly.

If you still are unable to place an order, I can place an order for you manually. Simply email customerservice@skinbiology.com with your requested products and valid method of payment. This email is secure and your order will be placed immediately.

Some International credit cards do not work on our system, but is rare.

We can include an additional bonus item of our choice as our way of expressing gratitude for your patience with our ordering system.

All´s fine now. I managed to place my order.

However, I couldn´t use my main email adress as I was told an account with this email already exists. I didn´t even know I had registered except for the forum. Didn´t matter, I just used a different email Smiler
