I had heard it to be best for combination or oily skinned types. I am wondering if lactic acid 10% a couple of times a week would be just as beneficial, if not more. Thanks very much. Kathy |

The serum is better for those with oily-to-combination skin, whereas the cream version is supplemented with a number of moisturizing ingredients. Lactic Acid (10%) a few times a week could be just as beneficial or perhaps even more effective than the 2% hydroxy acid of Exfol Cream/Exfol Serum. It depends on what a person is trying to affect and their skin care goals. You could sample our 10% lactic acid of New LacSal Cream. Best Wishes, -Skin BiologyThis message has been edited.
