The last two times I ordered from skinbiology by phone I did not get the free samples (skin signals serum and lactic power 10) which were supposed to be free with every order at the time.

Is that because some free samples are available only to those who order online?

No, it looks like someone forgot.

Send an email to customerservice@skinbiology.com and ask for the samples.
