Registered: 01 November 2004 Posts: 38 | Dear Skin Biology My 4oz bottle of exfol serum, which I have had for about five months, has recently started to form brown deposits. This is mixing in with the serum and giving it an off colour. Is this normal? The product is stored in a drawer at room temperature. Regards Nicky |

Because we try not to use detergents or quasi-detergents, that is why we do have products fall apart at times due to the fact that we try to avoid these types of agents. If it worsens - please contact us and we will take a look at the product. Email healthyskin@earthlink.net or teresa@skinbiology.com or call 1-800-405-1912 Thank you, -Skin Bio Team |
