i make my order on 8th June. after about 2 weeks, i send an Email to skinbiology asking about my order. i was told that my order was not send out and my Email was forward to a customer service Email address.
from there, i was told that my order have been sent and the estimated time it will reach me is last monday and told to follow up if i didn't get my order by last monday. since then, i have sent out 2 Email and didn't get any reply.
i understand that things could be delay due to heavy order on your side. but i find that for one whole week my email is not reply is a bit too much. at least i should be inform what are the possible status of my order even if you tell me my order is lost somewhere. at least i don't have to wait daily for something that might never arrive.
maybe this does not happen often, but i hope you can iron out such little wrinkle.
