got sent the wrong order with no response
I'm not sure where to post this but I recently got sent the wrong order (reg. squalane instead of the retinol in squalane) I've tried e-mailing the company (it was a Canadian order) but have had no response after two tries. This is frustrating because I have spent a lot of money on these products in the last few months and have been happy so far. On another note, I wish the squalane came in a bigger size as it takes me less than a month to finish a 1oz. bottle. If anyone from skin biology could respond that would be great, I would really like to receive the retinol squalane as i love this product! My email address is kprmt@yahoo.com

Hi Kerri,
Sorry,you are having trouble.
I just placed an order with Kripps Pharmacy,and I see they have taken that amount from my account.
But they have not emailed me with a confirmation,or date it was sent or anything.Is this the company you are having trouble with?
Hopefully,we are dealing with honest people.
