Its been 7 days since I order a batch of skinbio products but I have yet to see the pending status changed to processed. My order no. is 28621 and date of order is 7/11/2007. Is there any issues re. the order? if so, do get back to me asap.

Is there any min and max no. of days to wait before the order will shipping over? Cos I see no such info on the order site.

It generally takes about 10 business days to arrive to you (not including weekends, or any holidays that fall between that period).

You will notice that the online system will keep the status as "pending", we are not able to go in and manually update the many, many orders we receive each day.

If you have any questions on your order the fastest way to check the status is by calling us at 1-800-405-1912 (Monday - Friday: 10am -4pm, Pacific Standard Time).

But again, your order is being processed and everything looks fine.

*PLease note: Orders shipping to locations outside the USA will take longer than 10 business days to arrive. It should leave our facilities in about 5-7 business days, but it really depends on the postal service of the country you live in, and customs, when your item is delivered to you.
