Hi, I received my bottle of SBG, but did not get an instruction sheet with my order.

I saw on the website that it says to use on clean skin - do I use this before or after my LacSal, and is there a waiting period?? (I usually use LacSal in the am, since my CP's (SC2X) are too blue for daytime usage)

If I use the SBG at night, do I use it before or after my CP's?
