Location: Virginia Registered: 08 February 2007 Posts: 98 | I like the video but would have preferred it if the nails, which BTW looked very pretty, were not polished since the product is supposed to be used on bare nails. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Otherwise it was a very clear and informative video. I need to restock on this. |
Location: Skin Biology in Bellevue, Washington - USA Registered: 22 June 2004 Posts: 4865 | Dear N'nie: Thank you for posting your feedback - Perhaps we will reshoot the video (or at least the application part) with the product being applied to bare nails. For best penetration of the product, Tin Nail Renewal should be applied on un-polished nails. But it can be applied either way. Especially if the product is applied to the cuticle (the root at which improved nail growth will be affected) it will be fine since nail polish should not inhibit the product from penetrating the cuticle.
