I have a 1 mL dropper from my minoxidil purchase which I use for the hair signals serum. Since the serum is watery, I pick up quite a bit of it in the dropper.

Should I use less than the amount for rogaine, which is 1 mL?

Yes. You'll want to use a bit less of Hair Signals Solution.

It should be an application that is very light and does not leave the hair/scalp excessively wet.

Many find that if they apply just a few drops to a 2-3 inch area, after massaging it in, this is plenty to very lightly cover that area of the scalp.
