having trouble with payment Login/Join

I tried to place an order yesterday and had dreadful trouble trying to pay, sat on the computer for hours tried everything then, threw it in and didnt get my order, very frustrating.
I have to say it was the first time this has happened in 7 years.
I love these products so much i hate running out.
Also the new lip balm 'replenish' how do we get it with an order i cant see where we add it on.

Last Thursday we changed our credit card processor (to improve service???). This may be the problem. Many orders are coming through but I can see one of your abandoned shopping carts. There seem to be other people with the same problem.

I will have our IT person work on the problem and contact you on Monday.

We are still giving away the Lip Replenisher.

We are sorry you had difficulty with your order. We changed from one gateway to another gateway this past Thursday. Doing this installed a higher security system to protect credit card data. Unfortunately, there was an issue with this new program and it halted some shopping cart orders for the weekend, including your shopping experience.

Please retry your order and it should go through.
