Some General Tips
New to Skin Biology products? Want to know where to begin? Well first we have two different categories. We have Skin Products and Hair Products. This column will focus in on Skin Products.
Are you over 35 or younger than 35? Dependent on your age we may or may not recommend Retinol ingredients (Those under the age of 35 should not use Retinol).
Do you have Dry or Oily skin? If you have oily skin we would recommend a serum or solution. If you have dry skin we would recommend using a cream. If you have normal skin type you could use either. Some people who have an oily T-zone but dry skin on their cheekbones will get a serum/solution for the T-Zone and a cream for their drier skin areas.
Do you have sensitive skin? If so you should start with Super GHK Cream or Serum depending on your skin type, and pick up Dr. Pickart's Face and Body Cleanser because it is vital to use a cleansing agent specifically formulated to be gentle.
We would recommend the following regimen no matter what your age or skin type.
In the Morning:
Start fresh by using Dr. Pickart's Cleanser OR simply rinse face with warm water.
Apply the Copper Peptide Product of your choice
Use your moisturizer after applying the Copper Peptide Product.
If you are using our Two Timing Tightener, it would be applied last.
In the Evening:
Cleanse away all residue with Dr. Pickart's Cleanser.
Apply your leave-on exfoliator after cleansing your face.
