Our Lip Balm special is ending soon! While the special remains, every order will continue to be shipped with the free sample. This is the only way to get our lip balm at the moment. Offer valid only while supplies last.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that lycopene has been removed from Emu Oil for Skin and Emu Oil for Hair. The product's color has changed but it is just as effective as a deeply hydrating biological oil.

CELES Therapeutic Oil will have a new ingredient added to it soon. Vitamin D is the new ingredient! The added ingredient will change the color slightly. We will finish our current batch of CELES Oil before starting our new version with Vitamin D.

Balance Zone is coming. You'll notice this name change to one of our recently updated formula being used in your product brochures enclosed with purchases.

A new article is up. It is about Male Skin Health. Read how you or your partner can improve skin tone and clarity. Men need anti-wrinkle skin care, too!

We hope to add an article about skin tightening soon. It will be written by our scientific advisor and biologist, Anna Margolina, who has written several of our columns and most of the articles on Reverse Skin Aging. Is there a specific topic you would like to read more about on our site? Email joshua@skinbiology.com with any suggestions.

Want to try out a product? Or is there a specific skin goal you are trying to achieve? We have a page highlighting our special test kits that allow you to sample different products or to address a specific skin concern. Great value for your money.

Column By Anna Margolina

Add color to your diet

Do you have enough color on your plate? No I am not talking about those colorful, sugary morning cereals. To keep your skin beautiful you need to have at least some of the following: GREEN (leafy vegetables, cucumber, zucchini, cabbage), ORANGE (carrots, pumpkin, squash, oranges), RED (tomatoes, grapes, pomegranate), BLUE (blueberry), etc. You get the idea.

Resolution: Add to your diet a rainbow of fruits and vegetables that contain fiber.

Get some exercise

Aerobic exercises bring more oxygen to your skin, speeding up rejuvenation. Also it has been shown that regular exercise resets DNA pattern to a more youthful state.

Resolution: Get at least 30 minutes of aerobic movements a day and your DNA will start producing younger proteins, including those that keep your skin supple and elastic.

Get more sleep

It is really that simple. Your skin restores itself at night, so the less sleep you get – the less rejuvenation you have.

Resolution: Make sure you get at least 8 hours every day and whenever possible try to catch 30 min nap.

Healing touch

Regular massage stimulates circulation, reduces swelling, tones up our muscles to create a lifted and defined appearance, stimulates collagen production, speeds up skin renewal while helping saturate our skin with "happy chemicals": endorphins.

Resolution: Treat yourself to a massage many times throughout the year.

Live, laugh, love

Stress hormones can wreak havoc to biochemical reactions in our skin. On the contrary, positive emotions trigger the production of our natural happy molecules – endorphins. Endorphins help you stay younger and maintain radiant and smooth skin.

Resolution: In 2013, make sure you find time to enjoy life, nurture healthy, satisfying relationships, laugh and smile as often as possible. Live, laugh, love, take care of your skin and be happy, successful and radiantly beautiful!
