YES - It pays to be loyal! But an important reminder is that you must log in to your account each time you make a purchase for the system to track the product points you've acquired. Clients who select "Guest Checkout" cannot receive points from products they've purchased, simply due to the fact that the system does not track guest orders. If you place your order over the phone (1-800-405-1912), your Skin Biology Representative will make sure that all points for purchase are properly and accurately allotted to you.


HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS: Our rewards program has been active since September 2017. A minimum point value of 250 points is required for redemption. Redeem by logging into your MyRewards area - click Redeem Now . You will be able to view the total value off applied to your order.

MyRewards points become available 7 days after your order ships. Returned items will have any MyReward points deducted automatically. Your points will continue to accrue with each order for up to 2 years. You can redeem your MyReward points whenever you would like within that period.
