If i apply Emu Oil on top of LacSal, will that enhance the effect of the LacSal?

Yes, it will drive more LacSal into the skin.

Emu oil doesn't neutralize the acid? What about squalene (I use squalene)

Emu Oil will have no effect on the acidity.

But oils such as Emu and Squalane easily penetrate the skin. Acids have difficulty penetrating. So, the oils tend to sweep none-oil materials ahead of them into the skin.
