We have noticed that taking periodic breaks seems to help "jumpstart" many clients' regimens (especially if they've been using copper-peptides for a while). This includes the scalp nutrient products (Folligen, Folligen for Blondes, Hair Signals). We recommend to use the product every other day. Or if you use it every single day, take the last week of the month off. Taking a week break every 3 months a so is a wonderful idea to keep things freshly rejuvenating for both skin and hair care.
