Hi doc or peps here... i am only in the middle of 20´s and i have lost some fat in my cheeks doing hard facial tranings...it has made my face look saggy... can u tell me if i can get my sub- fat back somehow naturally i dont want to inject my self or use botox

YES that is true..... i did alots of facial workout everyday as they say i have to do so but instead of building it up it made me loose my facial muscles and made me look very tired and saggy....
