Hi,

I am 36 years old and have a dehydrated combination skin ( very mildly oily down the T-Zone) I have fine lines around my eyes and also down the sides of my nose. I also have very mild horizontal dehydration lines across my cheeks (probably only me that notices them). I have just started facial exercise to try and help regain a youthful appearance. My current skincare is Liz earl Cleanse and polish to cleanse and Dermalogica gentle cream exfoliant once to twice a week. I use a gel that contains Hyularonic acid to moisturise but have just read on this forum that it is bad for the skin OOPS!!!

Please can you tel me the products that you recommend for me.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Dear stayoung:

Here is a good regimen for daily use:

AM Use:
AM - After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of Skin Signals Solution (a strong copper peptide formula combined with peptides from enzymatically hydrolyzed elastin and collagen). This should just barely cover the area without leaving the skin excessively wet or damp. Be careful with using around the eye area, or if you have sensitive skin.

Tip! Afterward, you can apply Emu Oil Lipid Replenisher for Skin lightly on top. Emu oil biochemically is very comparable to human skin oil and is a biological oil that has been used for centuries for a variety of skin concerns and works well as the perfect moisturizer.

PM Use:
PM - After cleansing the area, apply a light amount of LacSal Cream (a 10% hydroxy acid chemical exfoliant that helps exfoliate dead skin cells). Wait about 20-30 minutes before you apply anything on top.

Around the eyes: Use CP Night Eyes lightly by applying a thin layer underneath the eyes and on the outside areas of the eye. Use under the brow bone to help the look of lift around the upper lid area and reduce the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes.

You could put an oil over the product such as Celes Oil. But this will intensify the effects of the acid as the oil pushes more hydroxy acid into the skin.
