I am going to try some free facial exercises available online to see if they will help before investing on a full program. I will try them for a some weeks and see if I see some improvement.

I find that videos of facial exercises are much more helpful than just written instructions.

I am posting two videos that I am going to try out. They are free, so i guess it won't hurt to try... they seem to address the most common problems - cheek folds and puffy eyes.

Thanks for those links. It never occurred to me to check youtube for facial exercises. Would you believe that those exercise are in a book that I have? I just could not learn the exercises from a photo and written instructions. Watching the video, I understood what to do immediately.

You know I get so cross at the Gary Happy Yoga thing as I don't think he makes it clear at all how he developed it (namely training in a program: yogafacialtoning.com) and the dvd that he offers is his own pick of the exercises from that program. Its not clear at all in my mind and I think thats a bit sneaky.

Its worth noting though that almost all facial exercise programs have their own dvd demoing the exercises... but obviously youtube is greta for a taster. I personally like the FlexEffect stuff on youtube where you see the founder (who looks fantastic at 60 plus) and you also see her daughter demo an exercise: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ih3VpSOeJPc
