It says that the Emu oil works as a penetrating agent. My question is, should Emu oil also be massaged into the scalp after using the new Hair Signals Cream? Thank you, Chris |

It will work well as a penetrating agent. Some clients though find that Hair Signals (with its added penetrating agents polysorbate-20 and polysorbate-80) also works very well on its own. Thank you, Chris |

If you are using it to soothe your scalp if it is irritated, then you would want to apply it 1st. If you want and need the benefit of the Folligen or Hair Signals then you would not want to apply it before as it will slow the penetration of the copper peptide in the Folligen/Hair Signals.
