Location: ujk Registered: 04 May 2010 Posts: 1 | posted I've just started using folligen LOTION on my eyebrows - however, i've noticed that folligen CREAM is what is recommended for this purpose? Am I wasting my time using the lotion instead of the cream on my eyebrows - or is this okay? |
