Location: california Registered: 15 November 2006 Posts: 34 | Hello, I have been trying to use Folligen every other night for the last 2 weeks but I experience a bit of stinging that lasts a good hour or more after application. The next day however my scalp feels very good and itch free. What would be the best method to ease into daily folligen at full strength? 1) dilute with 50% distilled water and apply daily 2) dilute with 50% distilled water and apply every other day 3) continue using full strength but only twice a week maximum 3 times a week Any other recommendations? Thanks in advance |

The stinging seems to have lessened. The diluted folligen doesn't seem to stain my scalp as much either since I shower at night and apply it after with minoxidil. So the next day the folligen from the night is left on. I think I will stick to the diluted folligen due to the cosmetic benefits of less staining. |

It's good that you've been using it diluted, every other day so that if anything is triggered, it is triggered slowly... Newer hair shafts can push out the weaker hair.
